Our beautiful stage, before and during the performance. We were blessed by gifts from artist Seifu Nishijima, who designed the Japanese scrolls, and Chris Tashima, who created the moon.

From July 30 to August 1, 2004, Great Leap presented "To All Relations: Sacred Moon Songs" to packed houses at East West Players' David Henry Hwang Theater. It was the culmination to a year-long community residency project that drew links between the stories of displacement for Mexican, Japanese, Muslim, and African Americans in this country.
