In July 2002, Nobuko Miyamoto and Jenni Kuida went to Detroit for a week to prepare for the Harvest Celebration "Tribute to Gerald Hairston" on August 3. Nobuko worked with youth and elders, teaching the harvest dance and music to the Genesis teen/adult choirs to "I Dream a Garden."
