"To All Relations '98"
Great Leap's 20th Anniversary

TO ALL RELATIONS '98 celebrates Great Leap's 20th anniversary with an extraordinary group of artists who have been part of the Great Leap family. The second annual event conceived by Great Leap and Bindu Records, TO ALL RELATIONS '98 is inspired by the sacred Lakota salutation, "Mitakuye Oyasin," which translates as "to all my relations."

Great Leap and Bindu Records are proud to present TO ALL RELATIONS '98 in alliance with institutions and sponsors committed to the arts. The Los Angeles City Human Relations Commission and the Japanese American Cultural and Community Center are presenting this special evening in association with Great Leap to honor groups and individuals that have made extraordinary contributions in deepening understanding and creating ties between the diverse communities of Los Angeles.

The celebration is funded in part by the National Endowment for the Arts, California Arts Council, and the City of Los Angeles Cultural Affairs Department. Sponsors include Kaiser Permanente, Farmers Insurance Group of Companies, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Meissner Manufacturing, Co., Inc. dba Unicel, NBC4, Hitachi, Ltd., Playmates Toys, Aihara Insurance Agency, Grancell, Lebovitz, Stander, Marx and Barnes, Asian Buying Consortium, and Bindu Records.

Great Leap also received generous support from community organizations such as Visual Communications, East West Players, Japanese American National Museum, Japanese American Historical Society of Southern California and Nikkei for Civil Rights and Redress-NCRR/Seigi.
