Fundraisers in 2002
In 2002, Great Leap staff and board held two successful fundraisers in order to raise funds to support Great Leap's programs. These were organized after funds from the California Arts Council budget cuts in the 2002 fiscal year. We have received tremendous support from the California Arts Council over the years, but the CAC's budget cuts to programs of 50% to 70%, we had to create ways to generate funds to continue our programs.

Both of these events also served as a chance for friends and supporters to see our work, to share our work in communities and to have fun.
